What our services are about

 

We identify the psycho-social needs of our clients prior to intervention and therefore base our programmes on the needs of our clients rather than assuming what they need. 

We identify these needs through surveys  designed specifically to the system in which our clients operate.

We design and facilitate workshops relevant to the identified needs in collaboration with our clients.

We use case studies based on client’s real-life experiences to facilitate practical learning.

Our follow-up process includes feedback to participants and senior management.

We register our programmes (where possible) with SACE in order for educators to receive Professional Development Points

 

Our Vision is to improve the quality of education in Africa by enabling value-adding individuals, organisations and companies to collectively contribute content, skills and expertise towards successful, sustainable projects in e-Education.

We aim to use the voice of our clients obtained through the collaborative consultative approach to design and facilitate interventions and accredited professional development programmes with a view to grow and develop the potential of the individual and or the system.
